Post–prandial blood sugar

Blood Sugar Post–Prandial test used to:
Test the effectiveness of medication or dietary changes on people already diagnosed as diabetic

Main purpose of the Blood Sugar Post–Prandial test:
To measure glucose levels in the blood after a period of 2 hours from the start of the last meal
To screen for Prediabetes and Diabetes Types 1 & 2

Sample Required:
Blood sample (Plasma/Serum/Urine)

Test Preparation Required:
Adequate meal should be consumed 2 hours prior to the blood collection. The meal should be completed within 15-20 minutes
