Triglycerides test is for people suffering from:

Unhealthy lipid levels and/or have risk factors for heart disease

Main purpose of the Triglycerides test:

To assess the risk of developing heart disease
To monitor the effectiveness of lipid-lowering therapy

Sample Required:
Blood sample drawn from a vein in the arm or from a fingerstick

Test Preparation Required:
Fasting for 9 to 12 hours before the test (only water is permitted)
No consumption of alcohol for 24 hours before the test
